This year, Mama Cash will not open a Letter of Interest (LOI) application window for the Resilience Fund. We have made this difficult decision in order to deepen and strengthen our support for the groups in our current portfolio of Resilience Fund grantee-partners.
Each year, Mama Cash makes more than 200 grants to feminist partners worldwide. Pausing the Resilience Fund LOI window for 2026 will allow us to provide our existing grantee-partners with larger, multi-year grants and increased accompaniment support to meet the heightened challenges (and critical opportunities) they face in these times of increased repression, persecution and backlash.
Please note that this change does not affect renewal grants for current Resilience Fund grantee-partners.
The Solidarity Fund and Spark Fund will open for new applications in 2026. Information on timelines, eligibility criteria, and how to apply will be shared on our website ahead of the application periods.
Mama Cash remains deeply committed to supporting ambitious, self-led feminist organisations and initiatives that defend and advance the rights of women, girls, and trans and intersex people. All decisions about new grants continue to be made through our participatory grantmaking process, guided by activists and communities.

Please note: Mama Cash will never ask you for money, and we only communicate from email addresses ending in @mamacash.org.
