When leadership rises, change follows.

It’s a simple truth: we need each other to thrive. Feminist activists around the world know this all too well, facing exclusion, violence, and silencing every day. The very systems that should protect them often fail. Against all of this, they are creating spaces of care, solidarity, and courageous leadership. What makes it possible? Community.

Your gift fuels feminist leadership worldwide.

Safety. Belonging. Recognition.

These are not luxuries – they are the foundations of a life where everyone can survive with dignity. Too often, women, girls, and trans and intersex people are denied even these basics.

Grassroots feminist movements refuse to accept that. They are resisting, already winning fights against oppressive forces. By resourcing these movements, we strengthen the web of solidarity – so more groups can rise, more communities move beyond survival, and courageous leadership can thrive.

These grassroots movements remind us of a truth we sometimes forget: no one can do it alone. Systems may fail us, but community brings us back to life. Your gift strengthens that community today.

These are the bold voices shaping our futures. See how lasting change begins…

They showed her she wasn’t alone.

ELDORET Women for Development, Kenya.

Ann Eve was wrongfully imprisoned, and when she was released, stigma and isolation left her with nothing. Eldoret Women for Development – ELWOFOD – a group with the same lived experiences, met her at the prison gates. They offered counselling and vocational training. Step by step, she rebuilt her life and grew into a mentor, now defending the rights of others. Her story shows how second chances multiply – and how communities transform through care and solidarity.
Using your harrowing experience for good.

Egna Legna, Lebanon and Ethiopia

Survivors of trafficking under the kafala system turned their pain into leadership. Egna Legna – a group led by women-migrants, now warns others, offers legal aid, and provides urgent support. Twenty returnees have already reached over 35,000 people in Ethiopia, while also exposing human trafficking on the global stage. Their work proves how lived experience, supported by community, can transform into leadership that saves lives across borders.
Where healing meets resistance.

FemLibrary, Armenia

Queer and feminist voices know what it feels like to be silenced, also in Armenia. But FemLibrary has built what member Armine Karapetyan calls a “revolutionary place of resistance”. With few resources but deep solidarity, they translate feminist texts into Armenian, host creative community events, and organise trauma-informed well-being camps. Their work shows how healing, knowledge, and shared imagination can nurture leadership.

Be part of feminist futures today.

Feminist movements are leaders of a more just world – one where everyone is supported, protected, and treated fairly. When you help resource their work, you join their circle of care and courage. Together, we spark change that builds safer futures for all.

Your gift amplifies feminist voices that carry us all forward.
