Macht delen met de feministische bewegingen die we steunen<\/h2>\n\n

Verandering vindt plaats wanneer feministische bewegingen<\/strong> worden aangedreven door zelfgestuurde,<\/strong> collectieve actie<\/strong> van vrouwen, meisjes, transgenders en intersekse personen. Daarom is het bestuur van al onze fondsen in handen van feministische activisten en betrekken<\/strong> we aanvragers en potenti\u00eble subsidiepartners bij beslissingen over het toekennen van subsidies<\/strong>. We doen dit zodat onze subsidiebeslissingen volledig zijn afgestemd op de bewegingen die we willen ondersteunen.<\/p>\n \n

At the centre of our participatory grantmaking system is the Global Advisory Network<\/strong> (GAN). The GAN is populated by feminist activists based in different geographic areas, from different constituencies, with diverse thematic expertise, experience, and connections. Advisors engaged in the GAN are eligible to receive a yearly stipend, depending on the scope of their engagement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Adviseurs ondersteunen Mama Cash met expertise, ervaring en connecties in de regio’s waar Mama Cash subsidies verstrekt.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Advisors serve on the various committees <\/s>that make decisions for four of Mama Cash\u2019s five funds, with a composition and procedure customised to suit each particular fund:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Het Veerkracht Fonds<\/h3>\n \n
\n The Community Committee (COM COM) is comprised of Advisors with a wide diversity of backgrounds, expertise, community, geography, etc. The COM COM reviews a long list of applications screened by Mama Cash. The COM COM deliberates together and makes the decisions on all new Resilience Fund grants. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/article>\n

Het Revolutionair Fonds<\/h3>\n \n
\n Nominaties worden gedaan door adviseurs, Mama Cash-medewerkers of bestuursleden. Een ad-hoccomit\u00e9 van adviseurs met relevante expertise over het genomineerde voorstel neemt vervolgens beslissingen over subsidies en bedragen. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/article>\n

Het Fonds voor Radicale Liefde<\/h3>\n \n
\n The Radical Love Review Committee (RadCom) includes Advisors and Mama Cash staff. Together, they set the yearly theme and decide on a list of applications, which is then confirmed by the entire Global Advisory Network. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/article>\n

Het Vonkenfonds<\/h3>\n \n
\n Een stuurgroep van adviseurs – allemaal voormalige Spark subsidie-partners – beoordeelt alle in aanmerking komende aanvragen en maakt een shortlist, waar vervolgens over gestemd wordt door de kandidaten op de shortlist. Het Solidariteitsfonds<\/h3>\n \n
\n Although Advisors are not involved in the governing of the Solidarity Fund, the fund\u2019s grantmaking processes are also participatory. A committee of women\u2019s funds \u2013 open to grant-applicants as well \u2013 is mobilised.
