Agua y Vida: Mujeres, Derechos y Ambiente
Agua y Vida is an eco-feminist organisation composed of Indigenous, migrant, and Black women in Chiapas, Mexico. The group promotes women’s rights to water, land, territory, food, and a healthy environment through knowledge sharing, awareness raising campaigns, and participatory researchy. Using an eco-feminist perspective, they see that capitalist patriarchy creates all the oppression, exploitation, and violence that both women and nature experience.
