The grant supports a self-organised peer support group of Black staff of FRIDA: Black FRIDA. Since the group started meeting, they learned that caring work practices and decolonised cross-cultural communications are key areas. The planned activities of Black FRIDA build on that learning and include coaching, reading salons, advocating for decolonised work practices, supporting broader internal processes focused on staff wellbeing, and deepening of understanding how to work in a caring way.
