Knowledge Workshop

Comprised of three main components, a Public Feminist Library, the Feminist School and the Storytellers (Women’s Oral History) Project, this group organises local and regional events to teach feminism and to document women’s leadership in Lebanon. Knowledge Workshop makes affordable feminist resources and tools available, they document women’s stories. It ensures that the feminist movement is interconnected by supporting and empowering community organisation and political participation of women’s groups across Lebanon. The group is mainly composed of queer, refugee, and rural women living in Beirut.
