Mama Cash is an informal, professional organisation with a staff of 30 committed and enthusiastic employees and some volunteers. Mama Cash is based in the Netherlands, her office is located in a former school building in Amsterdam's Oud-West neighbourhood, nearby the city's well-known and central Leidseplein.

Mama Cash invests globally in innovative, groundbreaking women's initiatives. Mama Cash looks for people who are flexible and socially involved, and who are open to cultural diversity and different points of view. A strong commitment to women's rights is also an important requirement for those interested in working for Mama Cash.

Employment at Mama Cash is governed by the Dutch ‘Welzijn' collective labour agreement and assumes a full-time week of 36 hours. Most of Mama Cash's staff members work at least 32 hours a week. We offer salary in accord with the Welzijn collective agreement, an 8% holiday allowance, and an end of year allowance. And, of course: great colleagues and a comfortable working atmosphere!

Enthusiastic volunteers provide support to our many funding programmes and help us organise activities and campaigns.
